Bárður Eyþórsson
Bárður Eyþórsson (born 10 January 1968) is an Icelandic former basketball coach and player. He was twice named the coach of the year of the men's Úrvalsdeild, in the 2003–04 season and in the 2005–06 season, when he coached the Snæfell. Playing career Club career Bárður came up through the junior ranks of Snæfell but moved to Valur at the age of sixteen and played his first senior match in 1986. He played 191 games in the Úrvalsdeild karla from 1986 to 2000 and averaged 14.6 points per game. National team Bárður played three games for the Icelandic national basketball team from 1991 to 1992. Coaching career Bárður was hired as the head coach of Snæfell men's team in 2000. He guided the club to promotion from Division I to the Úrvalsdeild karla in 2002 and to the Icelandic Basketball Cup finals in 2003, where it lost to Keflavík. Bárður Háberg
Bárður Háberg (born 1979; also spelled Bardur Haberg) is a Faroese songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He is one of two owners of the songwriting/production company Baroli Music. Together they write and produce songs for singers from all around the world. The other owner of Baroli Music is Óli Jógvansson. In 2012 their songs had sold 1 million copies worldwide. Háberg was born in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. He and Jógvansson have, along with two other songwriters, composed the music for the Disney TV-series ''Liv and Maddie''. Bárður Oskarsson
Bárður Oskarsson (born 18 July 1972 in Tórshavn) is a Faroese children's writer, illustrator and artist, who has won several literary awards. His books have been translated into Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, French, German and Czech. Biography He started to draw when he was a child and got some of his drawings published in the Faroese children's magazine Barnablaðið. The first book he illustrated was his grandfather's (Oskar Hermannsson's) children's book "Undir tussafjøllum". After illustrating other authors' books for some years, he published his own book, where he was both writer and illustrator, in 2004. This was the children's book "Ein hundur ein ketta og ein mús" (A dog, a cat and a mouse), which was later published in French (2006), Icelandic (2007), Danish (2008) and Norwegian (2013).
