Bárbara Paz
Bárbara Raquel Paz (born 17 October 1974) is a Brazilian non-binary actress, producer, and film director. Life and career Paz graduated from the Macunaíma Theatre School and from the Antunes Centre for Theatre Research (CPT) and is a long-standing member of TAPA, a São Paulo based performing arts group. She has performed in over 25 plays by a wide range of playwrights from Oscar Wilde to Tennessee Williams. In 2013, in recognition of her distinguished acting career, the Ministry of Culture awarded her the Medalha Cavaleiro (Knight's Medal). Paz is also under permanent contract to TV Globo and has played in many of their soap operas and mini-series. She is the presenter of the Canal Brasil programme ''A Arte do Encontro'' (The Art of the Interview) in which she converses with well-known figures in Brazilian culture. Campo Bom, Rio Grande Do Sul
Campo Bom is a town located in the valley of the Sinos River, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The city has a diversified industrial economy, including automotive, metallurgical, chemical and pottery industries. ''Malhação'' (, ''Young Hearts'' in English) is a Brazilian soap-opera that aired on TV Globo from 4 March 1995 to 3 April 2020. The series is targeted at a teenage audience. Each season runs for about a year with cast members changing every season. History The soap opera began in 1995, and was initially set in a fictional Gym Club called ''Malhação'' on Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Through the years the setting varied each season. The Gramado Film Festival ( pt, Festival de Gramado) is an international film festival held annually in the Brazilian city of Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, since 1973. In 1992, the festival began to award Latin American films produced outside of Brazil. It is the biggest film festival in the country. Dan Filip Stulbach (born September 26, 1969) is a Brazilian actor, television presenter, director and artistic director. Héctor Babenco
Héctor Eduardo Babenco (February 7, 1946July 13, 2016) was an Argentine-Brazilian film director, screenwriter, producer and actor who worked in several countries including Brazil, Argentina, and the United States. He was one of the first Brazilian filmmakers to gain international critical acclaim, through his films which often dealt with social outcasts on the fringes of society. José Eugênio Soares (16 January 1938 – 5 August 2022), known professionally as Jô Soares (Portuguese: /ˈʒo soˈaɾis, ˈswa-, -ɾiʃ/), or Jô, was a Brazilian comedian, talk show host, author, musician, actor and writer. Abigail Izquierdo Ferreira (1 June 1922 – 13 February 2019), known as Bibi Ferreira, was a Brazilian actress, singer, and director. Paulo Paquet Autran (September 7, 1922 – October 12, 2007) was a Brazilian film and theater actor. His accomplishments during his life earned him the nickname, "Lord of the Stage." Biography Autran was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on September 7, 1922. He initially attended law school and planned to become a diplomat. The word originally referred to rum diluted with water (and later on long sea voyages, also added the juice of limes or lemons), which British Vice-Admiral Edward Vernon introduced into the naval squadron he commanded in the West Indies on 21 August 1740.
