Byeon Chang-heum
Byeon Chang-heum (; born 14 August 1964) is a South Korean educator who served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation from April 2019 to December 2020. On 4 December 2020, he was nominated the new Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (South Korea), Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, replacing the incumbent Kim Hyun-mee (politician), Kim Hyun-mee. Byun Hye-young
Byun Hye-young (also ''Byeon Hye-yeong'', ko, 변혜영; born June 17, 1983) is a South Korean former swimmer, who specialized in breaststroke events. She represented South Korea in two editions of the Olympic Games (1996 and 2000), and eventually became a top 20 finalist at the 2003 Summer Universiade in Daegu. Byun made her Olympic debut, as South Korea's youngest ever swimmer in history (aged 13), at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.
