''By Faith'' is the sixth studio album by American Christian singer-songwriter Kim Boyce. It is her second and final album on the Warner Alliance label released in 1994. The album is more adult contemporary, leaving behind her dance pop sound of her previous albums. A music video was made for the second single "Not Too Far From Here." Boyce dedicated the album to her first born son Gary Lee. Boyce released her first all Spanish-language album of ''By Faith'' called ''Por Fe'' a year later. Kim Boyce
Kim Boyce Koreiba (born March 14, 1961, in Winter Haven, Florida) is an American Christian music singer. She is best known for her 1990s hit ''By Faith''. She was Miss Manatee and Miss Florida 1983 and competed at Miss America 1984. Boyce's hit singles include "Good Enough" (#2 in 1991), "Weapon of Good" (#14 in 1991), "When Love Calls Your Name" (#12 in 1992). The song "When Love Calls Your Name", which was a hit 1992 single for Boyce, was written by Tom Snow and Jimmy Scott and originally recorded in 1991 by Cher on the album ''Love Hurts (Cher album), Love Hurts''. Boyce now resides in the Branson, Missouri, area with her husband, Gary Koreiba. They were both performers at Branson's Pierce Arrow Theater for many years. As of 2022 they currently are featured performers in the "Oh Happy Day!" gospel music show performing Sundays at the Hamners' Variety Theater. They have two sons. CCM AC chart was an adult contemporary chart that was originally started by ''CCM Magazine'' in 1978. According to author Jeffrey Lee Brothers in his book ''Hot Hits: AC Charts 1978 – 2001,'' "When ''CCM'' published music charts, it received data from a specific number of radio stations regarding the number of times a song was played. This airplay data was then assigned points and weights based on the cumulative number of plays per song. The result was a weekly chart that ranked the most played, and presumably, most popular songs. The AC charts have long covered the most radio stations in the Christian music industry. The charts themselves have gone through several changes over the years. When ''CCM'' first published its radio hits charts, AC was not a recognized format. What is today considered adult contemporary was then covered under the title of contemporary hits. Nashville String Machine is a musical collective comprising session musicians, based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Members of the group have been credited on records dating from 1972 to the present, although the group was formally formed as "The Nashville String Machine" in 1981. The group was formed by violinist and concertmaster Carl J. Gorodetzky (born 1936/7 in Pennsylvania) and his wife (also violinist) Carol W. Gorodetzky (b. 1937 in Pennsylvania). Chris McHugh
Chris McHugh (born 1964) is an American musician. He began his career as the drummer of Christian rock band White Heart from 1986 to 1989. He also worked in the recording of several of their later albums. Chris McHugh is on the Nashville "A" list of session drummers. His recording credits span over 20 years with the top gold and platinum artists of the music industry. He has toured with Amy Grant and Garth Brooks. Brent Rowan (born May 28, 1956 in Waxahachie, Texas) is an American session musician and record producer who works primarily in country music. Active since the 1970s, Rowan began working with John Conlee through the recommendation of record producer Bud Logan. Rowan first played on Conlee's "Friday Night Blues", and later became the only guitarist for Conlee's recordings.
