Dave Bus
David Bus (born May 19, 1978) is a Dutch professional football defender. Career De Graafschap Bus came into professional football relatively late, starting his career at De Graafschap in 2004 at the age of 26 after a few stints at amateur clubs in his hometown, Lichtenvoorde. He became a fan favourite during his first season at De Graafschap. He played 29 games during the 2004/05 season, helping his side get promoted to the Eredivisie. The next season, he played more games and performed better but his efforts were not enough to stop De Graafschap being relegated back to the Eerste Divisie. He only played 15 games in the Eerste Divisie during the 2006/07 season after the arrival of Cerezo Fung a Wing. De Graafschap were once again promoted to the Eredivisie in the 2007/08 season and opted to play a 3-man defence and with captain René Bot, Cerezo Fung a Wing and Stephan Keller the usual starters, Bus was left out in the cold. Dirk Bus
Dirk Bus (5 December 1907 - 10 June 1978 in The Hague) was a Dutch sculptor. Bus was educated in sculpture at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague and Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten in Amsterdam. He was a student of Bon Ingen-Housz and Jan Bronner. He then taught sculpture at the Art Academy and the Hague Academy. One of his most famous pupils was the sculptor Kees Verkade. Bus was chairman of the Pulchri Studio for years and member of the Dutch Society of Sculptors in Amsterdam. He co-founded the artistic group Hague Verve with Theo Bitter. Many of his public works are found in The Hague, with some notable sculptures on Lijnbaan Bridge and around the old town hall. Nicole Bus is a Dutch singer who is currently signed to Roc Nation. Her 2018 single, "You", is tied for the fastest debut single to reach the top of the '' Billboard'' Adult R&B Songs chart. She released her American debut studio album, ''Kairos'', in October 2019. Prior to signing to Roc Nation, Bus had released a variety of music in the Netherlands and won the Grote Prijs van Nederland ("Grand Prize of the Netherlands") in the singer-songwriter category in 2010.
