Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is a professional association that started its activities in Bursa in 1889. The association continues its activities in its building in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. The association took part in the realization of the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone which is the first organized industrial zone of the country. Establishment of a cycle power plant in the industrial zone to generate electricity from natural gas; The establishment of the Bursa International Fair Center and its pioneering in the establishment of the Bursa Free Zone are among the significant works carried out by BCCI. Kamil Özdemir Tolon, known as Kamil Tolon (29 February 1912 – 23 July 1978), was a Turkish businessperson, industrialist and inventor, known for making the first electric engine of Turkey. Tolon was born in 1912 in Istanbul. He had his secondary and university education in Ankara. He wanted to become an engineer, but went to the Ankara University Faculty of Law instead due to the lack of engineering schools, from which he graduated in 1935. The Koza Han () is a historic caravanserai (''han'') in Bursa, Turkey. It is located in the heart of the city's historic market district. History Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, was also its center of silk production and trade. Particularly in the 14th to 16th centuries, a large number of commercial structures such as ''han''s (caravanserais), bazaars (covered markets), and a ''bedesten'' were built in the city center, forming a major zone of economic activity. (At least 13 of these structures have survived today despite numerous earthquakes.) It is here, next to the old Orhan Gazi Mosque, that Sultan Bayezid II ordered the construction of the Koza Han in February or March of 1490.
