Burak Hakkı
Burak Hakkı (; born 23 May 1972) is a Turkish actor and model. Biography After Ottoman Empire collapsed, his paternal family is of Turkish descent who immigrated from Komotini and Thessaloniki. He won the Best Model of Turkey in 1994. He was a basketball player in Nasaş Basketball Club. Hakkı is best known for his roles as Hüseyin Kenan in ''Dudaktan Kalbe'' based on the classic novel by Reşat Nuri Güntekin and as Kayqubad I the Seljuq Sultan of Rûm in '' Diriliş: Ertuğrul'' and as Ali in Kaybolan Yıllar. Hakkı acted in "Bir Günah Gibi" series which not a direct adaptation of second novel "Kurt Seyt ve Murka" by Nermin Bezmen. It cancelled due to low ratings series. Sibel Can (born Sibel Cangüre; 1 August 1970) is a Turkish folk pop and classical music singer. Sibel Can became a dancer at the age of 14 and later started her music career. She has been known as one of the most successful singers in Turkey. Early life Sibel Can was born in Karagümrük, Fatih, as the first child of Engin Cangüre and Emine Gül Sezer Cangüre. Her father was a Yugoslav immigrant and a violinist who accompanied many famous singers on their concerts. Her mother was from Mudanya. ''Semum'' is a 2008 Turkish horror film produced, written and directed by Hasan Karacadağ which reportedly recounts the true story of a woman who lives in İzmir, Turkey. Ertuğrul
Ertuğrul or Ertuğrul Gazi ( ota, ارطغرل, Erṭoġrıl; tk, ; died ) was a 13th century bey, who was the father of Osman I. Little is known about Ertuğrul's life. According to Ottoman tradition, he was the son of Suleyman Shah, the leader of the Kayı tribe (a claim which has come under criticism from many historians) of the Oghuz Turks, who fled from western Central Asia to Anatolia to escape the Mongol conquests, but he may instead have been the son of Gündüz Alp. According to this legend, after the death of his father, Ertuğrul and his followers entered the service of the Sultanate of Rum, for which he was rewarded with dominion over the town of Söğüt on the frontier with the Byzantine Empire.
