Burak Gürpınar
Burak Gürpınar (born March 23, 1975) is a Turkish drummer primarily known for his work with the influential Turkish rock band Kurban. Gürpınar was born on March 23, 1975, in Istanbul. Soon after Kurban disbanded in June, 2005, Gürpınar joined Athena, a Turkish ska- punk rock band which he collaborated with as an additional artist in previous years. By 2007, his first band, Kurban, decided to reunite, and he goes on with them. Burak Gürpınar is primarily known for his virtuosity on drums, combined with his energetic and humorous character both on and off stage. Additionally, Gürpınar is one of the best drummers in Europe. Şebnem Ferah (born 12 April 1972) is a Turkish singer, songwriter, composer, and guitarist. She was the lead vocalist of the all-female hard rock band Volvox until 1994, after which she went on to pursue an illustrious solo career. Her music style varies from pop rock to hard rock though her later albums have progressively incorporated more of the hard rock sound. Early life and Volvox Şebnem Ferah was born on 12 April 1972 in Yalova to ethnic Turkish immigrant parents from Skopje (present-day North Macedonia). She first took solfeggio and instrument lessons from her father who was also a teacher. She grew up listening to her father's Rumelian folk songs played with bağlama, mandolin and piano. The Turkish people, or simply the Turks ( tr, Türkler), are the world's largest Turkic ethnic group; they speak various dialects of the Turkish language and form a majority in Turkey and Northern Cyprus. In addition, centuries-old ethnic Turkish communities still live across other former territories of the Ottoman Empire. Teoman (singer)
Fazlı Teoman Yakupoğlu (born 20 November 1967) is a Turkish acoustic rock singer and songwriter. His biggest hits include ''Paramparça'', ''Senden Önce Senden Sonra'', ''17'' and ''Papatya''. On ''Papatya'', Turkish female rock singer Özlem Tekin features as backing vocals. Şebnem Ferah has also featured on a couple of Teoman's tracks. After studying business administration and mathematics at Boğaziçi University, he transferred to and graduated from the sociology department of the same university.
