The Tarra-Bulga National Park is a small national park located in the South Gippsland region of eastern Victoria, Australia approximately south east of Melbourne. The park is located south of Traralgon on the Traralgon-Balook Road and north of . The national park is situated in the eastern part of the Strzelecki Ranges. The national park is home to one of the last undisturbed remnants of the native eucalypt temperate rainforest that once covered the Strzelecki Ranges until the last decades of the nineteenth century. The pocket of undisturbed mountain ash forest, fern gully communities and associated native Myrtle Beech stands within the park are of considerable biogeographical significance. Biriwal Bulga National Park
Biriwal Bulga National Park is an Australian national park in New South Wales. It is approximately 45 km north west of Taree and 60 km west of Port Macquarie on the Bulga Plateau. The national park contains biodiverse ecosystems as well as culturally significant Indigenous Australian sites. The residents of the park range from animals to trees and bushes. The animals reside in an escarpment terrain. The park's soil varies in depth depending on the slope. There is a higher than average amount of annual rainfall which attributes to the types of native plants found. There are different conservation and management plans in place to maintain the natural and cultural heritage of the park whilst also providing research opportunities for visitors. Bulga (Amharic: ቡልጋ) is a former historical region of Ethiopia in the central part of Shewa. It was bounded by the Germama river to the south, which formed the historical boundary between it and Minjar in the south. It presently encompasses the modern woredas of Hagere Mariamna Kesem, Asagirt, and Berehet. Black Bulga State Conservation Area
The Black Bulga State Conservation Area is a protected conservation area located near the Barrington Tops, in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. The conservation area is situated from Dungog, and used to be part of Trevor State Forest and Chichester State Forest. Features In 2013 the status of this park as a State Conservation Area was threatened by a Government of New South Wales recommendation to allow logging in national parks. The Black Bulga Range Action Group (a group of local residents and concerned individuals who helped the park to be converted to State Conservation Area in 2003) worked to successfully ensure the continued protection of this unique bushland area. The ''Gáe Bulg'' () (also ''Gáe Bulga'', ''Gáe Bolg'', ''Gáe Bolga''), meaning "spear of mortal pain/death", "gapped/notched spear", or "belly spear", was the name of the spear of Cúchulainn in the Ulster Cycle of Irish mythology.
