Bud Burke
Paul E. "Bud" Burke Jr (January 4, 1934–August 17, 2017) was a politician from Kansas who spent over twenty years in the Kansas state legislature, predominantly in the Kansas State Senate. Burke was born in Kansas City, Missouri and attended Shawnee Mission High School in 1952. He received a bachelor of science from the University of Kansas in 1956. Kansas Senate
The Kansas Senate is the upper house of the Kansas Legislature, the state legislature of the U.S. State of Kansas. It is composed of 40 senators elected from single-member districts, each with a population of at least 60,000 inhabitants. Members of the Senate are elected to a four-year term.
