Bucharest Bar
Bucharest Bar is the professional body of lawyers in the city of Bucharest, Romania. It is the largest bar in Romania, including approximately 9,000 active lawyers, representing almost half of the total number of lawyers across the country. Mainly, it is dedicated to serving their members, regulating the legal profession and organizing the mandatory legal assistance in its jurisdiction. In Romania, membership in bar associations is mandatory for practicing. The members of Bucharest Bar have general jurisdiction meaning that they are allowed to practice everywhere in Romania, but not only in Bucharest. Take or Tache Ionescu (; born Dumitru Ghiță Ioan and also known as Demetriu G. Ionnescu; – 21 June 1922) was a Romanian centrist politician, journalist, lawyer and diplomat, who also enjoyed reputation as a short story author. Starting his political career as a radical member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), he joined the Conservative Party in 1891, and became noted as a social conservative expressing support for several progressive and nationalist tenets. The American Bar Association (ABA) is a voluntary bar association of lawyers and law students, which is not specific to any jurisdiction in the United States. Nicolae Titulescu
Nicolae Titulescu (; 4 March 1882 – 17 March 1941) was a Romanian diplomat, at various times government minister, finance and foreign minister, and for two terms president of the General Assembly of the League of Nations (1930–32). Early years Titulescu was born in Craiova, the son of a solicitor. He grew up at his father's estate in Titulești, a commune in Romania that was later named after him. Upon graduating with honours in 1900 from the Carol I High School in Craiova, Titulescu studied law in Paris, obtaining his doctorate with the thesis ''Essai sur une théorie des droits éventuels''. Ilfov () is the Counties of Romania, county that surrounds Bucharest, the capital of Romania. It used to be largely rural, but, after the fall of Communism, many of the county's villages and communes developed into high-income commuter towns, which act like suburbs or satellites of Bucharest.
