Bu Xiaolin
Bu Xiaolin (; mn, ; born August 1958) is a Chinese politician of Mongol descent. She had served as chairwoman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government (equivalent of a provincial governor) since March 2016. She is the daughter of Buhe, a former chairman of Inner Mongolia, and the granddaughter of Ulanhu, the founding chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and a Vice President of China. Biography Bu Xiaolin was born in August 1958 in Tumed Left Banner, Inner Mongolia. She briefly worked as a sent-down youth at the end of the Cultural Revolution, before enlisting in the People's Liberation Army. She served as a medic in No. 291 Hospital of the Inner Mongolia Military District from 1977 to 1980. Liu Hui (politician)
Liu Hui (; born December 1959) is a Chinese politician. She served as Chairwoman (Governor) of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2016. Career Liu Hui is a native of Tianjin. She entered the work force in June 1977, working at a school in Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia. From 1979 to 1981 Liu studied Chinese at Yinchuan Normal College (since merged into Ningxia University), and after college taught at Zhangzheng High School in Yinchuan. She joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1985. Liu Hui began her government career in 1987, when she became the Deputy Secretary, and later Secretary, of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of Yinchuan. In 1992 Liu became the Deputy Secretary of the CYL of Ningxia Autonomous Region, and was promoted to Secretary in 1995. She held the position until 1998. Li Bin (politician)
Li Bin (; born October 1954) is a Chinese politician of Manchu descent from Fushun, in Liaoning province. She was the only Minister in charge of the National Health and Family Planning Commission existing from March 2013 to March 2018. She currently served as one of the vice-chairpersons of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since March 2018. She graduated from Jilin University with a degree in economics, and went on to receive her doctorate and conduct research in the same field. Li is a member of the Chinese Communist Party. Uyunqimg or Oyunchimeg (, mn, , Оюунчимэг, translit=Oyuunchimeg, ; born December 1942) is a retired Chinese politician of Mongol ethnicity. Between 2008 and 2013, she served as a Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the national legislature. Between 2000 and 2003 Uyunqimg served as Chairwoman of Inner Mongolia. She is the highest ranked woman of ethnic minority background to have served in the Chinese government in the history of the People's Republic. ''Ta Kung Pao'' (; formerly ''L'Impartial'') is the oldest active Chinese language newspaper in China. Founded in Tianjin in 1902, the paper is state-owned, controlled by the Liaison Office of the Central Government after the Chinese Civil War. It is widely regarded as a veteran pro-Beijing newspaper. Wang Suyi
Wang Suyi (; born June 1961) is a Chinese politician of Mongol ethnic ancestry. Wang was part of the senior political ranks of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region until 2013. During his career, he served as the Mayor and Party Secretary of Bayannur, and later the head of the Inner Mongolia United Front Work Department. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on corruption-related charges in 2014; his sentence was later reduced to twenty years and one month in prison. Alxa League or Ālāshàn League (; mn, , Mongolian Cyrillic. Алшаа аймаг) is one of 12 prefecture level divisions and 3 extant leagues of Inner Mongolia.
