Bryshon Nellum
Bryshon Lorenzo Nellum (born May 1, 1989) is an American sprinter. He graduated from University of Southern California in 2012 with a degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions and is currently a graduate student. Career A native of Los Angeles, California, Nellum attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School, where he also competed in American football as a wide receiver, and was teammates with Terrence Austin, Jurrell Casey, Vaughn Telemaque, and Donovan Warren. He was ranked the No. 70 wide receiver prospect in his class by ''Rivals.com''. While still in high school, Nellum was named Gatorade Track & Field Athlete of the Year in 2007. In his sophomore year, Nellum finished second to David Gettis in the 400 meters at the 2005 CIF California State Meet. As a junior, he doubled as state champion in the 200 and 400 meters. Gatorade Player Of The Year Awards
The Gatorade Player of the Year awards are given annually to up and coming high school student-athletes in the United States. They are given for boys' baseball, boys' and girls' basketball, boys' and girls' cross country, boys' football, boys' and girls' soccer, boys' and girls' track & field, girls' softball, and girls' volleyball. A "State Player of the Year" award is given to the best student-athlete in each of the twelve sports in the District of Columbia and each of the fifty states, where each sport is recognized as an interscholastic sport. A rivalry is the state of two people or groups engaging in a lasting competitive relationship. Rivalry is the "against each other" spirit between two competing sides. Donovan Jamelle Warren (born January 31, 1989) is a former American football cornerback. Warren was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent following the 2010 NFL Draft and has also played with the Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears. He attended the University of Michigan through his junior year. During his three years playing for the Michigan Wolverines football team, he started in 34 of 36 games. As a member of the 2009 Michigan Wolverines football team, whom he led in interceptions, he earned 2009 first team All-Big Ten recognition from the media and second-team recognition from the coaches. Vaughn Telemaque (born March 4, 1990) is a former American football safety. He is a graduate of the University of Miami. Jurrell Juel Casey (born December 5, 1989) is a former American football defensive lineman. He played college football at USC, and was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft. In nine seasons with the Titans as both a defensive tackle and a defensive end, he was an All-Pro in 2013 and a five-time Pro Bowl selection from 2015-2019. He played his tenth and final professional season for the Denver Broncos.
