Bryan Burke
Bryan Burke (born January 3, 1989) is an American soccer player who last played professionally for San Francisco Deltas in the North American Soccer League. Youth Burke was born and raised in Newport Beach, California and played at the collegiate level for the University of San Francisco Dons from 2007 to 2010. Professional After college, he played in the USL Premier Development League for the Kitsap Pumas in 2011, winning the most valuable player award and earning an appearance in the PDL Championship in his first season. After playing for the Orange County Blues in 2012, he went on trial with Sporting Kansas City and the San Jose Earthquakes before signing with Orlando City. Burke made 15 match appearances in 2013, tallying two goals and four assists. On July 5, 2013 he sustained a season-ending injury against the Charleston Battery. 2014 Orlando City SC Season
The 2014 Orlando City SC season was the club's fourth season of existence in Orlando, and their final season playing in the lower divisions. A Major League Soccer expansion franchise with the same name began play in 2015. The team entered the season as the defending USL Pro champions, beating Charlotte Eagles in the Championship Game after finishing second in the regular season. 2015 USL Season
The 2015 USL season was the fifth season of the United Soccer League (USL) and the first under its new name (previously the league was called USL Pro). This season represented a substantial expansion from 14 teams in 2014 to 24 teams in 2015, and the division of the league into two conferences. It is also the 29th season of third-division soccer in the United States. Seven Major League Soccer clubs created reserve franchises in the USL for the 2015 season, following the lead of the LA Galaxy, who had done so in 2014: FC Montreal, New York Red Bulls II, Portland Timbers 2, Real Monarchs, Seattle Sounders FC 2, Toronto FC II, and Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2.
