''Brute Corps'' is a 1971 American exploitation film. It was the directorial debut of Jerry Jameson. Plot Kevin, a draft dodging pacifist and Terry, a beautiful hitchhiker, travel to Mexico and encounter a gang of mercenaries awaiting their next mission. Wicks, a psychotic mercenary, takes a liking to the woman and sets the couple on a brutal course of torture and pain. Jerry Jameson (born November 26, 1934) is an American television program, television and film director, film editing, editor and film producer, producer. Biography Highly prolific, he began career in 1964 as an editor on the episode "List of The Andy Griffith Show episodes#ep115, The Song Festers" of ''The Andy Griffith Show'', soon moving to work as an associate producer or editorial supervisor (sometimes both) on hundreds of episodes of numerous different television series, from 1965 through 1970. Jameson started directing with the 1971 episode "Dan August#ep20, Trackdown" of the series ''Dan August'', before going on to direct over 100 episodes of shows like ''The Six Million Dollar Man,'' ''Ironside (1967 TV series), Ironside,'' ''Dallas (1978 TV series), Dallas,'' ''Murder, She Wrote,'' and ''Walker, Texas Ranger.'' Roy Jenson
Roy Cameron Jenson, also known and credited as Roy Jensen, (February 9, 1927 – April 24, 2007) was a Canadian American football player, stuntman, and actor. Early years Born in Calgary, Alberta, Jenson moved to Los Angeles with his family as a child. He joined the United States Navy and then graduated from UCLA where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity. He then became a professional Canadian football player for the Calgary Stampeders and the BC Lions from 1951 through 1957. Jenson was a lumberjack and a construction worker before he joined the United States Navy in World War II. Joseph Bernard (actor)
Joseph Bernard (December 12, 1923 – April 3, 2006) was an American actor and acting teacher who appeared in 25 Broadway plays and several movies and TV appearances in the 1950s through 1970s. Bernard was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at New York's New School for Social Research with acting teacher Stella Adler. One of his New School classmates was Marlon Brando. Bernard was drafted into the U.S. Army and served in the D-Day invasion of France. After the war, he appeared in the play ''Winter Soldiers'' and then ''Skipper Next to God'', directed by Lee Strasberg and starring John Garfield, with whom he became friends. Garfield was Bernard's best man at his marriage to his wife, Bina, whom he wed in 1952. Bina died in 2001.
