Brownsville Early College High School (BECHS) is a public high school in Brownsville, Texas, United States. It is one of seven high schools operated by the Brownsville Independent School District and classified as a 3A school by the UIL. In 2015, the school was rated " Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. Brownsville Independent School District is a school district based in Brownsville, Texas, United States. BISD serves most of the city of Brownsville and a portion of the town of Rancho Viejo as well as unincorporated areas in Cameron County, including Cameron Park, Reid Hope King, San Pedro, South Point, and Villa Pancho.
