Brooke Ammerman
Brooke Reimer (née Ammerman; born July 13, 1990) is an American retired ice hockey Forward (ice hockey), forward. She scored the first goal in Metropolitan Riveters franchise history in the inaugural game of the National Women's Hockey League, on October 11, 2015. Playing career Born in Teaneck, New Jersey, Ammerman Reimer was raised in River Vale, New Jersey. In the absence of interscholastic high school leagues for girls, she briefly played on the boys ice hockey team at Pascack Valley High School. Reimer played four seasons with the Wisconsin Badgers women's ice hockey, Wisconsin Badgers, 2008–2012, and scored 214 points in 152 games in that period. She won two NCAA championships with the Badgers and was twice named to the NCAA Division I women's ice hockey All-Tournament team, NCAA Frozen Four All-Tournament Team. 2014–15 IIHF European Women's Champions Cup
The 2014–15 IIHF European Women's Champions Cup was the eleventh competition held for the IIHF European Women's Champions Cup. It was the last holding of the tournament before its scheduled stoppage in 2015. SKIF Nizhny Novgorod of Russia's Women's Hockey League won the tournament for the second time; the team had previously won the cup in 2009. The tournament was the setting for the first instance of the “ four-man officiating system” - two referees and two linesmen - at an IIHF women’s hockey tournament. The 2009 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship was the second holding of the World Women's U18 Championships, the premier International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) tournament for top division national women's junior ice hockey teams. It was held from 5 January through 10 January 2009, in Füssen, Germany. Eight teams competed in the Top Division tournament. IIHF World Women's U18 Championships
The IIHF Women's World U18 Championship, officially the IIHF Ice Hockey U18 Women's World Championship, is an annual ice hockey tournament for national women's under-18 (U18) ice hockey teams, administrated by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). In ice hockey, the goaltender (commonly referred to as the goalie) is the player responsible for preventing the hockey puck from entering their team's net, thus preventing the opposing team from scoring. The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF; french: Fédération internationale de hockey sur glace; german: Internationale Eishockey-Föderation) is a worldwide governing body for ice hockey. It is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and has 83 member countries. The IIHF maintains the IIHF World Ranking based on international ice hockey tournaments. Rules of play for IIHF events differ from hockey in North America and the rules of the National Hockey League (NHL). The 2008 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship was the inaugural junior female world ice hockey championship. It was held from 7 to 12 January 2008, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Jochen Reimer
Jochen Reimer (born September 6, 1985) is a German former professional ice hockey goaltender who played in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL). He previously played with the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers after a second tenure with EHC München from Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg on April 20, 2011. After three seasons with the Ice Tigers, Reimer left as a free agent to sign a one-year deal in splitting the starting duties with Timo Pielmeier at ERC Ingolstadt on May 31, 2017. On November 6, 2020, Reimer announced his retirement from professional hockey after 14 seasons.
