ExtraMile Arena (formerly BSU Pavilion and Taco Bell Arena) is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the western United States, on the campus of Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. It is located on the east end of campus, between West Campus Lane and César Chávez Circle, immediately northwest of Albertsons Stadium. Home to the Boise State Broncos, Broncos Boise State Broncos basketball, basketball and gymnastics teams, its current seating capacity is 12,644 for basketball. The elevation of its floor is approximately above sea level. The venue is also used for concerts (capacity 13,390), community events, and trade shows ( of arena floor space plus in the auxiliary gym). The 1985 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament involved 64 schools playing in single-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college basketball. This was the first year the field was expanded to 64 teams, from 53 in the previous year's tournament. It began on March 14, 1985, and ended with the championship game on April 1 in Lexington, Kentucky. A total of 63 games were played. The 2000–01 Hampton Pirates men's basketball team represented Hampton University during the 2000–01 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Pirates were members of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference and were coached by Steve Merfeld, his fourth year as head coach. The Pirates played home games at the Hampton Convocation Center. Hampton finished the season with a 25–7 record and an 14–4 MEAC record. Tyus Dwayne Edney Sr. (born February 14, 1973) is an American basketball coach and former player who is an assistant coach for the San Diego Toreros men's team of the West Coast Conference (WCC). Listed at , he played point guard. He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins from 1991 to 1995, leading them to the 1995 NCAA national championship. His game-winning shot for UCLA, in the second round of the 1995 NCAA Tournament, is considered to be one of the most famous plays in NCAA Tournament history.
