Bromelton Dam
The Bromelton Dam is an earth-fill embankment dam located off-stream at Gleneagle in the South East region of Queensland, Australia. The main purpose of the dam is for potable water supply of the area. The resultant reservoir is called Bromelton Offstream Storage. The Scenic Rim Region is a local government area in West Moreton region of South East Queensland, Australia. Established in 2008, it was preceded by several previous local government areas with histories extending back to the early 1900s and beyond. The main town of the region is Beaudesert. It has an estimated operating budget of A$33 million. The Logan River ( Yugambeh: ''Dugulumba'') is a perennial river located in the Scenic Rim, Logan and Gold Coast local government areas of the South East region of Queensland, Australia. The -long river is one of the dominant waterways in South East Queensland that drains the southern ranges of the Scenic Rim and empties into Moreton Bay after navigating the City of Logan, a major suburban centre located south of Brisbane. Wyaralong Dam
The Wyaralong Dam is a mass concrete gravity dam with an un-gated spillway across the Teviot Brook that is located in the South East region of Queensland, Australia. The main purpose of the dam is for supply of potable water for the Scenic Rim region. The dam was initiated by the Queensland Government in 2006 as a result of the prolonged Millennium drought which saw the catchment areas of South East Queensland's dams receive record low rain. Cedar Grove Weir
The Cedar Grove Weir is a weir located across the Logan River in the South East region of Queensland, Australia. The main purpose of the weir is for potable water storage. Location and features The weir is located northwest of , and southwest of and is connected to the Wyaralong Dam on Teviot Brook and the Bromelton Offstream Storage facility. The project was completed in December 2007 at a cost of 18.5 million and provides up to of water per day. Gleneagle is a rural locality in the Scenic Rim Region, Queensland, Australia. In the , Gleneagle had a population of 1,877 people. Geography The Logan River and the Mount Lindesay Highway pass through eastern parts of locality. Large sections of land are rural with some parts used for irrigated agriculture.
