Brodie Moles
Brodie Moles (born 7 November 1985) is an Australian rules football player in the Australian Football League (AFL). After being recruited at pick 16 in the 2008 AFL Rookie draft by the Geelong Football Club. he was delisted at the end of the 2009 season without making his AFL debut. The Western Bulldogs then selected him with pick 19 in the 2010 AFL Rookie draft under the new mature-age rookie rules. Tasmania Devils Football Club (VFL)
Tasmania Football Club, commonly known as the Tasmania Devils, is an Australian rules football club based in Tasmania and is owned and run by AFL Tasmania. The club formerly competed in the Victorian Football League in Australia. Formed in 2001, it was the youngest and the only fully non- Victorian club in the league. The club was based in the state of Tasmania at Bellerive Oval. At the end of the 2008 season, AFL Tasmania decided to withdraw the Devils from the VFL competition in favour of restarting a new Tasmanian league encompassing the entire state. The Devils are scheduled to re-enter the VFL in 2022 and currently compete at junior level as a representative side taking over from the Tassie Mariners in 2019 in the NAB League Boys, entering an NAB League Girls and Under 16 competitions. ''The Examiner'' is the daily newspaper of the city of Launceston and north-eastern Tasmania, Australia. Overview ''The Examiner'' was first published on 12 March 1842, founded by James Aikenhead. The Reverend John West was instrumental in establishing the newspaper and was the first editorial writer. At first it was a weekly publication (Saturdays). The Examiner expanded to Wednesdays six months later. In 1853, the paper was changed to tri-weekly (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), and first began daily publication on 10 April 1866. This frequency lasted until 16 February the next year. Tri-weekly publication then resumed and continued until 21 December 1877 when the daily paper returned. The Victorian Football League (VFL) is an Australian rules football league in Australia serving as one of the second-tier regional semi-professional competitions which sit underneath the fully professional Australian Football League (AFL). It includes teams from clubs based in the eastern states of Australia: Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and includes reserves teams for the east coast AFL clubs. The league evolved from the former Victorian Football Association (VFA), and it has been known by its current name since 1996. Western Bulldogs
The Western Bulldogs are a professional Australian rules football team that competes in the Australian Football League (AFL), the sport's premier competition. Founded in 1877 as the Footscray Football Club, and based in West Footscray in the old City of Footscray west of Melbourne, the club won nine premierships in the Victorian Football Association (VFA) before gaining admission to the Victorian Football League (which became the AFL in 1990) in 1925.
