Brittany National Football Team
The Brittany national football team (, ) is the representative football team of Brittany, France. It is administered by the Breton Football Association (BFA). It is neither affiliated to FIFA nor UEFA but is characterised as one of the six Celtic nations. Its games are held under the auspices of the French Football Federation and FIFA Regulations Amateur football in Brittany is administered by both the ''Ligue de Bretagne'' and the ''Ligue Atlantique'', which are regional associations within the French FA. Squad selection Brittany plays unofficial internationals. Eligibility to play for the Breton team is strict, as the players (or their parents or grandparents) must have been born within the Breton territory. Raymond Domenech
Raymond Manuel Albert Domenech (; born 24 January 1952) is a French football manager and former player. He managed the France national team from 2004 to 2010, reaching the 2006 FIFA World Cup Final. He was dismissed after their elimination from the 2010 FIFA World Cup, for serious misconduct. Fernand Sastre (1 October 1923 – 13 June 1998) was a French football official who was President of the French Football Federation from 1972 to 1984. The Le Centre Technique National Fernand Sastre, better known as Clairefontaine, is named after him. He died right after three days when the 1998 FIFA World Cup began to roll at his homeland. The Corsica national football team ( co, Squadra Corsa di Balò) is the unofficial football team for the island of Corsica, France. It is not affiliated with FIFA or UEFA. The selection has played against national teams thirteen times. In the past, the selection has also played against club teams, as in 1963 against Stade Reims, or Inter Milan in 2012. The match against Congo was organized by the CFA (Corsica Football Association). In order to be called up for the team, a player had to fulfil two conditions: having at least one parent or grandparent from Corsica and being a professional player or being part of a professional club.
