Freddie Woodward
Fredward Bevis Woodward (born 23 June 1995) is a British diving (sport), diver. He competed for England in the Diving at the 2014 Commonwealth Games – Men's 3 metre springboard, men's 3 metre springboard event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where he won a bronze medal with his diving partner, Nicholas Robinson-Baker. He took part in the Diving at the 2016 Summer Olympics, Rio 2016 Summer Olympics 3m springboard but narrowly missed qualifying for the semi-finals. Woodward is the current British 3m synchro (with James Heatly) and 1m individual champion, winning both events at the 2018 British Diving Championships. Woodward retired in 2018, stating that a career in competitive diving was not sustainable in his current position. He subsequently spent 6 months on a cruise-liner, acting as an on-board aquatics performer, before returning to the UK. Ross Haslam (born 2 October 1997) is a professional competitive British diver, representing Great Britain at numerous international events. He is the 2023 European Games gold medalist and 2023 European Diving champion on the 1 metre springboard, and silver medalist in the mixed synchronised 3 metre springboard at the same event. In 2024, he won the bronze medal in the 1 metre springboard at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships in Doha, Qatar. Background Haslam was born in Sheffield on 2 October 1997. Yasmin Isis Harper (born 28 July 2000) is a British diver. Career Harper was a multiple British champion before she represented England at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the 1m and 3m springboard events. In May 2023, she dominated at the British Diving Championships, winning her third consecutive 1m springboard title, her second consecutive 3m springboard title and the 3m synchro title with Scarlett Mew Jensen. Jordan Houlden (born 25 July 1998) is an English diver from the City Of Sheffield Diving Club. He is a silver medalist of the 2022 European Diving Championships. Career Houlden won at the ASA National Age Group Championships in 2010, silver in the Group C 1m Springboard. He made progress through the junior rankings, including winning Group B 1m gold with the ASA England Programmes team at the 2013 Trofeo Niccolò Campo in Rome. After making his European Junior debut in 2014, Houlden was one of the standout English junior divers in 2015, winning Group A 1m gold at the British Elite Junior Championships.
