Brielle Davis
Brielle Davis (born 1984) is an Australian recording artist, known for her song " Serial Thriller" (2006) which reached the top 50 on the ARIA Singles chart. Biography Brielle Davis' mother is Anne and they lived in Sylvania. Growing up she played netball and performed jazz dancing. In 1996 Davis signed with ICAM Records and released her self-titled debut album, ''Brielle'', at age 12, with Mark Bryan producing. In 1997 the artist appeared in the documentary, ''The Fame Game'', which dealt with "professional and personal costs of sudden and intense notoriety." She released a cover version of Graeme Connors's track, "September's Sweet Child" (January 1998). In mid-1998 she released ''Brielle'' via LGM/Columbia and distributed by Sony Music Australia. Entertainment magazine, ''Billboard''s Christie Eliezer and Glenn A. Baker noted Davis as an "artist to watch." Pop music is a genre of popular music that originated in its modern form during the mid-1950s in the United States and the United Kingdom. "Advance Australia Fair" is the national anthem of Australia. Written by Scottish-born composer Peter Dodds McCormick, the song was first performed in 1878, sung in Australia as a patriotic song. It first replaced "God Save the Queen" as the official national anthem in 1974, following a nationwide opinion survey. "God Save the Queen" was reinstated in January 1976, but a 1977 Australian plebiscite (National Song), plebiscite to choose the national song in 1977 preferred "Advance Australia Fair", which was restored in 1984. "God Save the King/Queen" became known as the royal anthem, which is used at public engagements attended by Charles III, the King or members of the Royal Family. ''Arsenic and Old Lace'' is a play by American playwright Joseph Kesselring, written in 1939. It has become best known through the 1944 film adaptation starring Cary Grant and directed by Frank Capra. The play was produced by Lindsay and Crouse and directed by Bretaigne Windust, and opened on Broadway at the Fulton Theatre on January 10, 1941. On September 25, 1943, the play moved to the Hudson Theatre, closing there on June 17, 1944, having played 1,444 performances. Jet was an Australian rock band, formed in Melbourne, Victoria in 2001. Solomon Islands is an island country consisting of six major islands and over 900 smaller islands in Oceania, to the east of Papua New Guinea and north-west of Vanuatu. Christine Joy Amphlett (; 25 October 1959 – 21 April 2013) was an Australian singer, songwriter and actress, best known as the frontwoman of the rock band Divinyls.
