Andrew Bridge (born 5 October 1979) is a British professional basketball player. Bridge is a 6 ft 4 in shooting guard. Bridge is the current captain of Newcastle Eagles. Biography The 6 ft 3in shooting guard started his career with Mansfield Express in 1999 in the English Basketball League, before stepping up to Professional Basketball with the Sheffield Sharks in 2000. In 2002, the England and Great Britain International moved further North to play for the Newcastle Eagles. Frederick Bridge
Sir John Frederick Bridge (5 December 1844 – 18 March 1924) was an English organist, composer, teacher and writer. From a musical family, Bridge became a church organist before he was 20, and he achieved his ambition to become a cathedral organist by the age of 24, at Manchester Cathedral. After six years there, he was invited to become organist at Westminster Abbey, where he remained for the rest of his career. He instituted several changes to modernise and improve the music-making at the Abbey and organised the music for several state occasions, including two coronations. As a teacher and lecturer, Bridge held posts at the Royal College of Music, Gresham College and the University of London. His students included the composers Arthur Benjamin and Noel Gay, the organists Edward Bairstow and Herbert Brewer, the conductor Landon Ronald and the early music pioneer Arnold Dolmetsch. Wayne Michael Bridge (born 5 August 1980) is an English former footballer who played as a left back. A graduate of the Southampton Academy where he made his debut in 1998, Bridge also played for Chelsea, West Ham, Manchester City, Fulham and Sunderland during his Premier League career. John Bridge
Lieutenant-Commander John Bridge, (5 February 1915 – 14 December 2006) was a British bomb disposal expert of the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve during the Second World War and a recipient of the George Cross. He was the first person to be awarded a Bar to the George Medal. Early life John Bridge was born on 5 February 1915 at Culcheth, near Warrington in Lancashire. He attended Leigh Grammar School, and read physics at the University of London He then completed a fourth year of study training to be a teacher at Westminster Training College, before taking up a post at Firth Park Secondary School in Sheffield. Jane Bridge (born 4 February 1960) is a former British international judoka. and judo coach. Judo career Bridge came to prominence winning the gold medal at the 1976 European Judo Championships in Vienna. The following year in 1977, she became champion of Great Britain for the second time, winning the bantamweight division at the British Judo Championships. She had first won the title in 1975. Ian Christopher Bridge (born 18 September 1959) is a football coach and former professional who played as a defender. A former player for the Canada national team, he has coached the Canada women's national team among other teams. Club career Bridge was born in Victoria, British Columbia. Graeme David Bridge (born 4 September 1980) is a former English first-class cricketer. Born in Sunderland, Bridge is a right-handed batsman and a left-arm slow bowler.
