Brice McCain
Brice Antwion McCain (born December 10, 1986) is a former American football cornerback. He was drafted by the Houston Texans in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans. He played college football at Utah. High school career McCain attended Terrell High School in Terrell, Texas where he was all-district as a running back and defensive back. He played cornerback, wide receiver and running back and returned punts and kickoffs. He also lettered in basketball and track, running 100 meters in 10.3 seconds, and was a member of the 400m relay team that placed second in the state (40.6 seconds). He was considered a two-star recruit by ''Rivals.com''. College career McCain attended the University of Utah from 2005 to 2008. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties. The cornerback position requires speed, agility, strength, and the ability to make rapid sharp turns. 2009 NFL Draft
The 2009 NFL Draft was the seventy-fourth annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The draft took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York, on April 25 and 26, 2009. The draft consisted of two rounds on the first day, starting at 4:00 pm EDT, and five rounds on the second day, starting at 10:00 am EDT. To compensate for the time change from the previous year and in an effort to help shorten the draft, teams were no longer on the clock for 15 minutes in the first round and 10 minutes in the second round. Each team now had 10 minutes to make their selection in the first round and seven minutes in the second round. Rounds three through seven were shortened to five minutes per team. Dick LeBeau
Charles Richard "Dick" LeBeau ( ; born September 9, 1937) is a former American football cornerback and coach in the National Football League (NFL). He was active with the NFL for 59 consecutive seasons, 14 as a player with the Detroit Lions and 45 as a coach. LeBeau spent the majority of his coaching career as a defensive assistant, most notably as the defensive coordinator of the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers. Described as an "innovator" and "defensive football genius", he is considered to be one of the greatest defensive coordinators of all time. LeBeau was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round of the 1959 NFL Draft before signing with the Lions, where he was named to three Pro Bowls.
