Brian Beaman
Brian Beaman (born May 16, 1984 in Mobridge, South Dakota) is an American sport shooter. In 2011, Beaman had won a bronze medal for the men's 10 m air pistol at the ISSF World Cup in Fort Benning, Georgia, with a score of 686.6 points. Shooting career Beaman started his sporting career as an avid archer, until he decided to try out for shooting at his teenage years. He attended South Dakota State University for two years majoring in agriculture, before he transferred to Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, where he studied emergency management. Beaman eventually became a member of the rifle shooting team for the NCAA Division I, until he was approached by U.S. national pistol coach Erich Buljung, silver medalist at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, to switch from rifle to pistol. Mobridge, South Dakota
Mobridge also Kȟowákataŋ Otȟúŋwahe (Lakota: ''Kȟowákataŋ Otȟúŋwahe''; lit. "Over-the-River Town") is a city in Walworth County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 3,261 according to the 2020 census. History Located in territory that had long been occupied by the Lakota Sioux, Mobridge was founded by European Americans in 1906 following construction of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad through here. The town was named Mobridge for its railroad designation, a contracted form of Missouri Bridge, after the original railroad bridge over the Missouri River. The bridge was demolished by the Corps of Engineers in the early 1960s and replaced by a higher bridge due to the construction of the Oahe Dam. Propranolol
Propranolol, sold under the brand name Inderal among others, is a medication of the beta blocker class. It is used to treat high blood pressure, a number of types of irregular heart rate, thyrotoxicosis, capillary hemangiomas, performance anxiety, and essential tremors, as well to prevent migraine headaches, and to prevent further heart problems in those with angina or previous heart attacks. It can be taken by mouth or by injection into a vein. The formulation that is taken by mouth comes in short-acting and long-acting versions. Propranolol appears in the blood after 30 minutes and has a maximum effect between 60 and 90 minutes when taken by mouth. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, and constipation. It should not be used in those with an already slow heart rate and most of those with heart failure. Quickly stopping the medication in those with coronary artery disease may worsen symptoms. Kim Jong-su ( or ; born January 1, 1977) is a North Korean sport shooter who competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. In Athens, he won the bronze medal in the 50 metre pistol competition, and finished eighth in the air pistol final. In Beijing, he won a silver medal in 50 metre pistol and a bronze medal in 10 metre air pistol, but was later disqualified for doping and stripped of both medals.
