Brian Allgeier
Brian Allgeier (born March 10, 1971) is an American video game designer who is best known for being the original designer and creative director of the ''Ratchet & Clank'' series developed by Insomniac Games for the PS2, PS3, PS4 and PS5. He started working in videogames in 1991 as an artist and animator on the CD-i title, ''Hanna Barbera’s Cartoon Carnival'' for Philips Media. He worked as part of the internal production group, ''*FunHouse*'', led by game designer Cliff Johnson. In 1999, he joined Insomniac Games as a level designer on the ''Spyro the Dragon'' series for the PlayStation and later became design director on the ''Ratchet & Clank'' series for the PlayStation 2. Dayton () is the sixth-largest city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Montgomery County. A small part of the city extends into Greene County. The 2020 U.S. census estimate put the city population at 137,644, while Greater Dayton was estimated to be at 814,049 residents. The Combined Statistical Area (CSA) was 1,086,512. ''Fuse'' is a four-player cooperative third-person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Electronic Arts for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game was announced as ''Overstrike'' before it was rebranded in August 2012. It was released on May 28, 2013 in North America, May 30, 2013 in Australia and on May 31, 2013 in Europe. ''Fuse'' was both a critical and commercial failure for Electronic Arts.
