Brent Pope (rugby Analyst)
Brent Pope (born 27 October 1962) is a New Zealand born rugby television analyst, rugby journalist, charity worker, children's book author, after dinner speaker, founder of Outside in Art Gallery in Dublin Ireland and owner of POPE shirts and shoes. He was born, raised and spent his rugby playing career in New Zealand, but has lived and worked in Ireland for most of his broadcasting career. Playing career Brent Pope played for various provincial and New Zealand underage teams before representing Mid Canterbury and then Canterbury. Playing for Lincoln University Pope then moved to Otago University and for the next decade played for Otago at New Zealand first division level, helping Otago to its first ever first division national title in 1991. Home Of The Year
Home of the Year is an Irish property reality television series which has been broadcast on RTÉ One since 2015. Format The format of the series follows three judges visiting three different homes every week and each scoring them out of ten. At the end of each episode the house which has scored the most points advances to the final. After seven weeks, the seven winning houses are judged one last time with the overall winner announced at the end of the episode. Judges Architect, Hugh Wallace is the only judge who has appeared in every single season of the show. Season one, saw Wallace joined by, architect, Declan O'Donnell and textiles and homeware designer, Helen James. Murray Deaker
Murray James Boyd Deaker is a New Zealand sports radio and television talk show host and sports author. Deaker was educated at Dunedin's King's High School, the same school in which fellow broadcaster Peter Montgomery attended. He graduated from the University of Otago with an MA in history. He worked as a teacher prior to his media career, including at Auckland Grammar (where he successfully coached the First Cricket XI), Orewa College and Takapuna Grammar School. ''Charity You're a Star'' (initially known as ''You're a Star Charity Special'') is a talent contest created by Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), in which various Irish celebrities sang to raise money for the Charitable organization, charity of their choice.
