Brennan Othmann
Brennan Othmann (born January 5, 2003) is a Canadian-Swiss ice hockey winger for the Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) as a prospect to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted in the first round, 16th overall, by the Rangers in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Othmann played for the Flint Firebirds of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) in the 2019–20 season, and when the OHL shut down for the 2020–21 season he played for EHC Olten of the Swiss League. In the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, he was selected by the New York Rangers. On August 12, 2021, Othmann signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Rangers. Dylan Garand
Dylan Garand (born June 7, 2002) is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender who plays for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect for the New York Rangers. He was drafted by the Rangers in the fourth round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Entering the Western Hockey League, the 2018–19 season was Garand's first full season with the Kamloops Blazers. Although only 16 years old, he became the team's starting goaltender when Dylan Ferguson was injured and led the team to the WHL playoffs. In the 2018–19 season, Garand played in 42 games and had a 2.21 goals against average and a .921 save percentage. He won the Daryl K. Seaman Trophy as WHL's Scholastic Player of the Year. William Cuylle (born February 5, 2002) is a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Canada Men's National Junior Ice Hockey Team
The Canadian men's national under-20 ice hockey team is the ice hockey team representing Canada internationally in under-20 competition. Their primary participation in this age group comes at the International Ice Hockey Federation's World Junior Championship, held annually every December and January. 2021 IIHF World U18 Championships
The 2021 IIHF World U18 Championship was the 22nd such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams would have participated at several levels of competition. The competition also would have served as qualifications for the 2022 competition. All tournaments other than the top division tournament were cancelled by the IIHF on November 18, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. IIHF World U18 Championship
The IIHF U18 World Championship is an annual event organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation for national under-18 ice hockey teams from around the world. The tournament is usually played in April and is organized according to a system similar to the Ice Hockey World Championships and the IIHF World Junior Championship.
