Breganze Cabernet
Breganze is a town in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, Italy. It is northeast of Via Romea. During World War II, the Germans were on one side of the river and the Allies were on the other, and a firefight occurred across the river. Breganze DOC The area around Breganze is permitted to produce red and white Italian DOC wine. To be included in the DOC wine, the grapes must be harvested (wine), harvested up to a maximum yield (wine), yield 14 tonnes/hectare (13 tonnes for the varietals) with the finished wine fermented (wine), fermented to a minimum alcohol level of 11% (11.5% for varietals).
