Colin Edward Breed (born 4 May 1947 in Surrey) is a British Liberal Democrat politician. London Nicole Breed (born August 11, 1974) is an American politician who is the 45th and current mayor of the City and County of San Francisco. She was supervisor for District 5 and was president of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, Board of Supervisors from 2015 to 2018. Raised in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco, Breed worked in government after college. She was elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2012 (taking office in January 2013), and elected its president in 2015. As president of the Board, Breed, according to the city charter, became the acting mayor of San Francisco following the death of Mayor Ed Lee. Mary Bidwell Breed
Mary Bidwell Breed (September 15, 1870 – September 15, 1949) was an American chemist. In 1901 she became the first female dean of Indiana University and her chemistry work with aromatic acids. Biography Mary Bidwell Breed was born on September 15, 1870, in Pittsburgh. She was educated at Bryn Mawr College, where she received three degrees and her PhD in 1901, and participated in the Bryn Mawr European Fellowship at Heidelberg University in 1895. She wrote The Polybasic Acids of Mesitylene, published in 1901, which discussed her chemistry work with aromatic acids, mainly derivatives of benzene. Before finishing her doctorate, Breed was head of the science department at Pennsylvania College for Women. Her research focus was on aromatic acids and the atomic weight of palladium. Breed was the dean of women at Indiana University from 1901 to 1906, making her the first female dean at Indiana University. Michael S. Breed (born May 14, 1962, in Greenwich, Connecticut) is a professional golf instructor and television host. In 2003, he was selected as a Top 100 Instructor in America by ''Golf Magazine'', in 2011, he was voted one of the Top 50 Instructors in America by ''Golf Digest'' (now 13th on this list, and #1 in the state of New York.), in 2012, Breed was chosen as the PGA's National Teacher of the Year. Urban Breed (often written with a lowercase "breed") is a Swedish singer. He is the former vocalist for Project Arcadia Bloodbound, Serious Black, Tad Morose, and Trail of Murder. Urban's style and voice have been described as similar to Ronnie James Dio (Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Dio), Jon Oliva (Savatage, Jon Oliva's Pain), Zak Stevens (Savatage, Circle II Circle), and Mike Howe (Metal Church).
