Braytim
Braytim or Braytim–TimiÈ™oara Sud is a district of TimiÈ™oara. It is located in the southern part of the city, being the first residential district built in TimiÈ™oara after 1989. It borders five other subdivisions of the city, namely Soarelui to the north, BuziaÈ™ului to the northeast, Ciarda RoÈ™ie to the east, Planetelor to the south, and Girocului Girocului, also known as Martirilor, is a district in southern TimiÈ™oara. It was built between 1970 and 1985, as a consequence of the urban systematization carried out by the Communist Party, which aimed at increasing the population of TimiÈ™oara ... to the west. Its name comes from the construction company that built the first houses here. Private constructions began in 1991, and the model was taken over and spread around the city in the following years. Soarelui is a district in southeastern TimiÈ™oara. It was built around 1985, being among the last working-class neighborhoods built by the communist regime in TimiÈ™oara. Before that year, there were no buildings on these lands, only agricultural plots or pastures. Most of the inhabitants were employed in the factories on the BuziaÈ™ului industrial platform. Ciarda Roșie
Ciarda RoÈ™ie ( hu, Vöröscsárda; german: Rotterhof or ''Rote Tscharda'') is a district in southeastern TimiÈ™oara. In its beginnings, Ciarda RoÈ™ie was a Hungarian village that was formed in the interwar period around the ''Vörös Csárda'' inn ( "Red Inn"); later, this name was assigned to the entire district. History The ''Vörös Csárda'' inn was built at the beginning of the 19th century, presumably in the 1800s and 1810s, at the edge of now disappeared Köplinger forest. The Köplinger family previously established and operated a brick kiln in the loess, clay area, which was maintained and operated even after the inn was built. The inn was notorious for the executions and killings that purpotedly took place in and around it; most of these were refuted as rumors.
