Brathay Exploration Group
Brathay Exploration Trust, formerly Brathay Exploration Group, is a not-for-profit charity in the UK which has been providing worldwide youth expeditions since 1947. Based in Ambleside, Cumbria, England, BET aims to run around five expeditions per year, to destinations all over the world. Ambleside is a town and former civil parish, now in the parish of Lakes, Cumbria, Lakes, in Cumbria, in North West England. Birds are a group of warm-blooded vertebrates constituting the class Aves (), characterised by feathers, toothless beaked jaws, the laying of hard-shelled eggs, a high metabolic rate, a four-chambered heart, and a strong yet lightweight skeleton.
