Brandon Ivan Servania (born March 12, 1999) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Major League Soccer club Toronto FC. Career College Servania played one year of college soccer at Wake Forest University in 2017, making 20 appearances, scoring 3 goals and tallying 11 assists. He was also named in the ACC All-Freshman Team. Professional Following his freshman year in college, Servania opted to sign a homegrown player contract with FC Dallas on January 3, 2018. On May 18, 2018, Servania joined United Soccer League side Tulsa Roughnecks on loan. On January 5, 2021, Servania was one of six FC Dallas players who went on a three-week training stint with German Bundesliga side Bayern Munich. FC Dallas is an American professional Association football, soccer club based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Homegrown Player Rule (Major League Soccer)
The Homegrown Player Rule is a Major League Soccer program that allows MLS teams to sign local players from their own development academies directly to MLS first team rosters. Before the creation of the rule in 2008, every player entering Major League Soccer would have to be assigned through one of the existing MLS player allocation processes, such as the MLS SuperDraft. MLS roster rules allow a team to sign players to contracts similar to Generation adidas contracts, which do not count against the MLS salary budget and may earn a much higher salary than the league minimum. MLS has since removed this wording from the roster rules. That means homegrown players will not count against the salary budget only if they are registered using supplemental roster slots, but will still count against the salary budget if they are registered using senior roster slots. Puerto Rico National Under-20 Football Team
The Puerto Rico national under-20 football team represents Puerto Rico in tournaments at the under-20 level. The team is controlled by the Puerto Rican Football Federation. History Puerto Rico made its first appearance on the 1974 CONCACAF Championship, losing all of their matches. They didn't record a win until 1976 against Barbados. It wasn't until 2012 where they had their most successful campaign under coach Jeaustin Campos where they advance through all of the Caribbean qualification and made it to the CONCACAF Championship in Puebla, México. USL League One (USL1) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that had its inaugural season in 2019. The Division III league is operated by United Soccer League, the same group that operates the Division II USL Championship and other leagues. Jaden Servania (born July 16, 2001) is a Puerto Rico, Puerto Rican association football, footballer who plays for North Carolina FC in USL League One and the Puerto Rico national football team. Career Youth Servania moved from his native Alabama to join the FC Dallas academy in 2015, where he played before later moving again to Houston Dynamo in 2017. 2018 CONCACAF U-20 Championship
The 2018 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship was the 6th edition of the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship (27th edition if all eras included), the men's under-20 international football tournament organized by CONCACAF. It was hosted at Bradenton, Florida, United States between 1–21 November 2018. A new format was announced, removing the regional Central American and Caribbean qualifiers and guaranteeing each entrant a minimum of four competitive games. The competition would determine the four CONCACAF representatives at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland, The United States, Mexico, Panama and Honduras qualified. Tabaré "Tab" Ramos Ricciardi (born September 21, 1966) is an American former soccer player and current head coach of Hartford Athletic in the USL Championship. Over his thirteen-year professional career, Ramos played as a midfielder in Spain, Mexico, and the United States.
