''Pulses'' is the debut full-length studio album by American musical duo Karmin, released on March 25, 2014, by Epic Records. Release and promotion In August 2012, Karmin announced they were recording a full-length album, set to be released in November of the same year. The album was then delayed until Summer 2013, but was still not finished. They released the single "Acapella" in early July, stating that the album would follow in September. In August 2013, Dasani featured the song "Try Me On" in its commercials for Dasani Drops. On September 18, 2013, during a live concert on StageIt, Karmin shared that the album is finished, but they are feuding with their label, Epic Records, and are struggling to settle on a second single and a release date for the full record. ''No Sleep'' is the second studio album by American progressive metalcore band Volumes, released on July 15, 2014. It is the last album to feature founding member and co-vocalist Michael Barr until his return in 2020, and it is the last to be released under the label Mediaskare Records. The album is a departure from the sound of their previous album, ''Via'', as many of the songs are shorter in length, and contain more clean singing compared to those from the first album. A lyric video was released for "The Mixture" and the full album was streamed by Mediaskare Records via YouTube. Along with their 2011 release ''Via'', the album was re-released in 2016 independently under the 91367 Records moniker, remastered and with a new cover. Syco Music is a defunct division of Syco Entertainment founded by British entrepreneur and record executive Simon Cowell. Originally founded as S Records, the label launched while Cowell was still employed by BMG, the label oversaw music releases by Robson & Jerome, Five, Westlife and Teletubbies.
