Brandon Mashinter
Brandon Mashinter (born September 20, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey left wing. He is currently a free agent. Playing career In 2004, Mashinter was drafted in the 6th round of the Ontario Hockey League, 116th overall by the Sarnia Sting. He started 2004-05, his first year junior hockey with the Thornhill Thunderbirds of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League before moving up to join the Sting to finish off the season. Before the 2007-08 season Mashinter was traded to the Kitchener Rangers, the team selected to host the 2008 Memorial Cup. Mashinter won the 2008 OHL championship with the Rangers and scored the team's lone goal in their Memorial Cup final loss to the Spokane Chiefs. Undrafted, Mashinter signed as a free agent with the San Jose Sharks on March 3, 2009. Hartford Wolf Pack
The Hartford Wolf Pack are a professional ice hockey team based in Hartford, Connecticut. A member of the American Hockey League (AHL), they play their home games at the XL Center. The team was established in 1926 as the Providence Reds. After a series of relocations, the team moved to Hartford in 1997 as the Hartford Wolf Pack. It is one of the oldest professional hockey franchises in existence, and the oldest continuously operating minor league hockey franchise in North America. Kyle Beach
Kyle Beach (born January 13, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Considered a top National Hockey League (NHL) prospect, he was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the first round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Beach never played in the NHL, however, only spending time with minor league affiliates in the American Hockey League (AHL) from 2008 to 2014. In 2021, Beach alleged he was sexually assaulted by a Blackhawks coach during their 2010 Stanley Cup championship season and filed legal action against the team for failing to intervene. Tommy Grant (ice Hockey)
Tommy Grant (born August 29, 1986) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He last played professionally for the Aalborg Pirates in the Metal Ligaen. Playing career On March 29, 2011, the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League signed Grant as an undrafted free agent to a two-year entry-level contract. On January 16, 2013, the Rangers traded Grant to the San Jose Sharks, along with a conditional pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, in exchange for Brandon Mashinter. The Spokane Chiefs are a major junior ice hockey team that plays in the Western Hockey League based out of Spokane, Washington. The team plays its home games at the Spokane Arena. The 2008 Memorial Cup was played in May 2008 in Kitchener, Ontario at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, Memorial Auditorium.
