Bragança Paulista
Bragança Paulista is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 170,533 (2020 est.) in an area of 512.6 km². The elevation is 817 m. The city is famous for its traditional sausages, with several establishments claiming to sell the "real Bragança sausage". Bragança has become a commuter town due to its proximity to São Paulo and Campinas. As a result, real estate is developing at a fast pace and several gated communities have sprung up all over town. The city is served by Arthur Siqueira Airport dedicated to general aviation. History The city was founded in December 15, 1763 as a settlement next to a small chapel and was originally called Conceição do Jaguari. The founders were Antonio Pires Pimentel and his wife, Ignácia da Silva Pimentel. A gated community (or walled community) is a form of residential community or housing estate containing strictly controlled entrances for pedestrians, bicycles, and automobiles, and often characterized by a closed perimeter of walls and fences. Águas De Lindoia
Águas de Lindoia (''Lindoia Waters'') is a Brazilian municipality of the state of São Paulo. The population is 18,808 (2020 est.) in an area of 60.1 km2. It is a tourist spot in part due to its hot springs, being part of the ''Circuito das Águas'', also including the cities of Amparo, Jaguariúna, Lindoia, Monte Alegre, Pedreira, Serra Negra and Socorro. History Before the 20th-century, the location was only known by adventurers who crossed the woods searching for gold. Having contracted diseases during their journeys, these adventurers found the cure in the warm waters that flowed from the mountains. Lindóia is a Brazilian municipalities, municipality in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo, Brazilian people, Brazil. Lindóia is one of 11 municipalities considered spas by the State of São Paulo, in that it fulfills certain prerequisites set by state law. The Rodovia Fernão Dias (official designation BR-381 or SP-010 in the state of São Paulo) is a federal highway which runs in the Brazilian states of São Paulo and southern region of Minas Gerais.
