Brad Lang
Brad Lang is an American bassist who is well respected in the rock music community. He played with Y&T replacing Phil Kennemore after he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He later played with Bobby Blotzer’s Ratt. He currently is playing with the BulletBoys. Career Brad Lang is from Lodi, California. He began playing bass guitar after watching a friend playing bass guitar in the junior high school band. He loved how the low end of the sound drove the whole thing along. When he moved to high school, he began playing and was soon in a band named "Misty Island Evil". In 1886, he joined the band Jet Red. Jet Red was a popular Central Valley band led by Willie Hines and included Billy Carmassi (drums) and Johnny Feikert (guitar). Jet Red produced its debut album in 1989. The album was well received but Relativity Records did not provide the proper marketing and tour support thus dooming the release. Various demo recordings were made for the follow up album in 1991. Lodi ( ) is a city located in San Joaquin County, California, San Joaquin County, California, in the center portion of California's Central Valley (California), Central Valley. Bass Guitar
The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses. Ratt
Ratt is an American glam metal band formed in San Diego, California, in the 1970s, that had significant commercial success in the 1980s, with their albums having been certified as gold, platinum, and multi-platinum by the RIAA. The group is best known for their hit singles " Round and Round" and " Lay It Down", both of which charted in the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. Other songs such as " Wanted Man", " You're in Love", "Dance", and " Way Cool Jr." also charted on the Hot 100. Burning Rain
Burning Rain is a band formed by guitarist Doug Aldrich (Revolution Saints, The Dead Daisies, ex- Dio, ex-Whitesnake) and singer Keith St. John ( Montrose) in 1998. Joining the group were drummer Alex Makarovich (ex- Steelheart) and Ian Mayo (ex- Hericane Alice) on bass. The band released two albums in Japan and Europe, ''Burning Rain'' (1999) and '' Pleasure to Burn'' (2000), respectively, before going on hiatus due to Aldrich's involvement with both Dio and Whitesnake. Keith St. John's joined Montrose during this time. Aldrich and St. John re-activated the group with a new rhythm section, veteran bassist Sean McNabb (Dokken) and drummer Matt Starr (Ace Frehley), and issued a new album, ''Epic Obsession'', in 2013. BulletBoys is an American hard rock/glam metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1986. The group's original lineup was composed of singer Marq Torien (formerly of Ratt, King Kobra, and Kagny & the Dirty Rats), guitarist Mick Sweda, bassist Lonnie Vencent, and drummer Jimmy D'Anda. The group released two successful albums and had a number of singles featured on MTV between 1988 and 1991. Dennis DeYoung (born February 18, 1947) is an American musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. He was a founding member of the rock band Styx, and served as its primary lead vocalist and keyboardist from 1972 until 1999.
