Brad Dick
Brad Dick (born 25 July 1988) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the West Coast Eagles and the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). A small, speedy wingman from Western Australia, Dick was selected by the Magpies with the 44th pick in the 2006 AFL Draft. He made his AFL debut in round 3 of the 2007 AFL season, scoring 2 goals against the Richmond Tigers. AFL career In 2007, Bradley Anthony Dick made his debut against Richmond. He played 6 games in his debut season. Brad Dick missed the entire 2008 season following a knee injury he obtained in a pre-season practice match. In 2009, he was selected as a nominee for the NAB AFL Rising Star following his 5-goal performance against the Melbourne Demons in the Queen's Birthday clash. AFL Rising Star
The AFL Rising Star is an Australian rules football award presented annually to the player adjudged the best young player in the Australian Football League (AFL) for the year. It was first presented in the 1993 season, and was won by Nathan Buckley, playing for the Brisbane Bears. The recipient of the AFL Rising Star has been awarded the Ron Evans Medal since 2007, named in honour of the former AFL Commission chairman following his death that year. The award was sponsored by Norwich Union Australia from its inception in 1993 until 2000. The Richmond Football Club, nicknamed the Tigers, is an Australian rules football team playing in the Australian Football League (AFL). Between its inception in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond in 1885 and 1907, the club competed in the Victorian Football Association (VFA), winning two premierships.
