Brad Baxter
Herman Brad Baxter (born May 5, 1967) is a former professional American football running back who played in the National Football League from 1989 to 1995. Drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the eleventh round of the 1989 NFL Draft, Baxter failed to make the team but caught on with the New York Jets. After not seeing the field in 1989 Baxter, the team’s starting fullback, made his mark in 1990 by rushing for 539 yards on 124 carries in ten starts. Baxter had perhaps his best year as a pro in 1991, as his eleven rushing touchdowns ranked third in the NFL (leading the AFC and he rushed for a career high 666 yards as the Jets made the playoffs. His rushing numbers increased in 1992 as he recorded 696 yards and six touchdowns. After the 1993 season, Baxter’s rushing totals began to diminish as he was featured less and less in the offense. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. The primary roles of a running back are to receive American football plays#Offensive terminology, handoffs from the quarterback to Rush (American football)#Offense, rush the ball, to line up as a receiver to catch the ball, and Blocking (American football), block. There are usually one or two running backs on the field for a given play, depending on the offensive formation. Richie Anderson (American Football)
Richard Darnoll Anderson (born September 13, 1971) is a former American football fullback in the National Football League for the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Penn State University. Early years Anderson attended Sherwood High School. As a sophomore, he was a two-way player at running back and safety. As a junior, he tallied 1,512 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns in the regular season. As a senior, he appeared in 10 games, posting 2,062 rushing yards (8.18-yard avg.), 22 touchdowns and five two-point conversions. He received All-state, Prep All-American, Washington Post Offensive Player of the Year and USA Today Maryland Player of the Year honors. He finished his high school career with 3,500 yards. Ron Erhardt
Ronald Peter Erhardt (February 27, 1931 – March 21, 2012) was an American football coach at both the collegiate and professional levels. From 1979 to 1981 he served as head coach of the National Football League's New England Patriots. Early life A native of Mandan, North Dakota, Erhardt graduated from Jamestown College in 1953, then spent the next two years serving in the military. After leaving the service, he was hired in 1956 as an assistant coach at Williston High School in Williston, North Dakota. An offensive coordinator is a member of the coaching staff of an American football or Canadian football team who is in charge of the team's offense. Generally, along with the defensive coordinator and the special teams coordinator, this coach represents the second level of coaching structure after the head coach. The offensive coordinator is in charge of the team's offensive game plan, and typically calls offensive plays during the game, although some offensive-minded head coaches also handle play-calling. Rich Kotite
Richard Edward Kotite (born October 13, 1942) is a former National Football League (NFL) player and coach. In the 1990s, he had stints as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Jets Playing career Kotite was born in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Poly Prep Country Day School in 1961. He played the tight end position at Wagner College on Staten Island before being drafted in the 18th round of the 1965 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings. After playing for his hometown New York Giants in 1967, he went to the Pittsburgh Steelers the next year before returning to the Giants for a four-year stint starting in 1968.
