Bắc Ninh
Bắc Ninh () is a city in the northern part of Vietnam and is the capital of Bắc Ninh province. The city is the cultural, administrative and commercial center of the province. The city area is 82.60 square km, with a population of 501,199 in November 2017. In January 2006, the town (''thị xã'') of Bắc Ninh was upgraded to city (''thành phố''). Josie Gabuco
Josie Gabuco (born March 30, 1987) is a Filipina boxer best known for winning her country's first ever gold medal in the AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships. She is also the most successful boxer in the history of the Southeast Asian Games with a record five gold medals. Early life and education A native of Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Gabuco was born on March 30, 1987. She took up the sport of boxing in 2003 with the intention of using it as a means to enter a college under a scholarship program. She was able to attend the STI College in Manila where she pursued a course on Criminology. Career Gabuco earned a slot in the Philippine national team after winning gold at the 2004 National Open. Eumir Felix de los Santos Marcial (born October 29, 1995) is a Filipino boxer. While representing the Philippines as an amateur, he won a silver medal at the 2019 World Championships and bronze at the 2020 Summer Olympics, both in the middleweight division. Walter Sarnoi Oupathana (born June 23, 1986) is a Lao-American professional boxer. He represented Laos at the 2021 Asian Boxing Championships held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and at the 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. Background Sarnoi was born to a Lao-descent family, his father was a professional boxer from Thailand who fought against Fighting Harada. Sarnoi began his boxing career in 1999.
