The men's middleweight event was part of the boxing programme at the 1972 Summer Olympics. The weight class allowed boxers of up to 75 kilograms to compete. The competition was held from 29 August to 10 September 1972. 22 boxers from 22 nations competed. Boxhalle is an indoor arena located in Olympiapark in Munich, Germany. William Peets
William Peets (born August 23, 1952) is a former boxer who represented the United States Virgin Islands. He competed in the men's middleweight event at the 1972 Summer Olympics. Peets also represented the United States Virgin Islands at the 1971 Pan American Games.
