Bowie Lam
Bowie Lam (, Lam Bo-yee; born 4 September 1965) is an Hong Kong actor with the TVB network. He has starred in several popular dramas including ''File of Justice'' and '' Healing Hands''. Before working in entertainment, Lam held other occupations, including serving in the Hong Kong Police Force for a short time. He made his acting debut in 1986 in ''Kiss Me Goodbye'' and his singing debut in 1989. Lam's acting career took off after joining the major television network TVB in 1991. His first project was a supporting role in the 1992 drama ''The Greed of Man'', which starred Sean Lau, Vivian Chow, Adam Cheng, and Amy Kwok. ''The Greed of Man'' as of 2011 remained one of TVB's highest-rated dramas. Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH) is an acute district general hospital managed under the New Territories East Cluster of the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong. Established by the former London Missionary Society in 1887, it was the first teaching hospital in Hong Kong to train Cantonese locals in Western medical science. It moved to its current location in Tai Po in 1997. History Early in 1881, a Medical Mission Committee, mostly made up of members of the former London Missionary Society, was established to promote Western medicine in Hong Kong. Henry William Davis, chairman of the committee, donated substantially to set up a dispensary in the Tai Ping Shan district at the western end of Hong Kong Island. Vivian Chow Wai-man (, born 10 November 1967) is a Hong Kong-based Cantopop singer-songwriter and actress. Life and career Vivian Chow is the only child in her family. Her father died before her birth due to heart disease. She was brought up by her mother and grandmother. Chow graduated from St. Stephen's Church College and gained 6th grade in piano.
