Kristaq Dhamo
Kristaq Dhamo (20 April 1933 – 14 August 2022) was an Albanian actor and film director. He was awarded the People's Artist of Albania medal. His 1958 film ''Tana'' was entered into the 1st Moscow International Film Festival. Dhamo died on 14 August 2022, at the age of 89. Albanian-language Films
Albanian ( endonym: or ) is an Indo-European language and an independent branch of that family of languages. It is spoken by the Albanians in the Balkans and by the Albanian diaspora, which is generally concentrated in the Americas, Europe and Oceania. Robert Ndrenika
Robert Ndrenika (born 10 January 1942) is an Albanian actor and former politician. He was honored with the People's Artist of Albania award in 1988. He was active in films, but also in theater and television performing hundreds of leading and Supporting role, supporting roles. Biography Ndrenika studied at the Qemal Stafa High School, in Tirana, Albania. Ndrenika has been a member of Parliament of Albania during 1992–1996, representing Democratic Party of Albania. In 1998, Ndrenika was honoured with People's Artist of Albania decoration, becoming one of the few actors to have this decoration. In 2012, Ndrenika was decorated with Honor of Nation Order by president Bamir Topi for his contributions in Albanian cinematography. Ndrenika has two daughters. His wife Polikseni Ndrenika, died in 2008. The loss of his wife kept Ndrenika away from acting for the next four years. He returned on stage in April 2012. Roza Anagnosti (born 27 October 1943) is an Albanian film and stage actress, and the wife of director Dhimitër Anagnosti. She is known for ''Fijet që priten'' (1976), ''Mësonjëtorja'' (1980) and ''Detyrë e posaçme'' (1963). Life and career Anagnosti started her career at the Migjeni Theater in Shkodra. At 20, she became a movie actress with the role of a teacher in the film ''Special Duty'' (K. Dhamo, 1963). A year later she played the role of File in ''Our Land'' (H. Hakani, 1964). In 1966 she worked in the film debut of filmmakers Dhimiter Anagnosti and Viktor Gjika, in ''The Commissar of Light''. After this film, Roza and Dhimitri married and lived in Tirana. This was the beginning of an important period in her career, with numerous roles at the National Theater in Tirana and in film.
