3 Beat Productions is a British independent record label founded by Jon Barlow in 1989. History 3 Beat Music was founded as a dance music record shop in 1989 by Jon Barlow, Dave Nicholl, Phil Southall and later joined by Phil Beddard and Hywell Williams who were students at the time. It began as a second hand record stall in Quiggins, Liverpool and later moved into a permanent location on Wood Street where the shop was managed by Rob Jay and Pezz 3 Beat where it won numerous awards including Music Week's independent record shop of the year. In 2002, the shop expanded and moved to Slater Street. As of 2009, the record shop has changed ownership and is now no longer part of the 3 Beat group. The new owners ho were ex employees of 3 Beatwanted to keep a connection to the history of the shop whilst also showing things had moved on so changed the name to 3B Records. Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) is a North American music publishing company and is part of the Universal Music Group. Loca People
"Loca People" (also known as "Loca People (La Gente Está Muy Loca)" or "Loca People (What the Fuck!)") is a song by Spanish DJ and record producer Sak Noel. Dutch singer Esthera Sarita performed the female vocals in the song. It was released in Spain on 9 February 2011 by Blanco y Negro Records, while the same day, the music video was shot on YouTube; in Italy, it was released on 3 March 2011 by Do it Yourself Music Group, then in most countries, it was released on 24 June 2011, but was released in the United Kingdom on 25 September 2011. Dustin Fuselier, known in his stage name D:Fuse, is an American producer, remixer and DJ based out of Los Angeles, California. Career D:Fuse began his musical career in Austin, Texas writing and performing industrial music under the name "Culture Industry" as a drummer and singer before he turned to DJing. In 1998, he teamed up with his good friend Shane Howard to form Expansion. The two pressed their first two tracks themselves and circulated the vinyl at that year's WMC. The Dutch DJs, Hugo Zentveld (a.k.a. DJ Renegade) and Aldwin Oomen, are behind a number of dance production projects, including Angel City, Boombastic, and Nightbreed.
