Boris Yevgenievich Bystrov (russian: Борис Евгеньевич Быстров; born February 12, 1945) is a Soviet and Russian actor and voice actor. Biography In 1966, he graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre. After graduating, he worked at the Lenkom Theatre. ''Animaniacs'' is an American animated comedy musical television series created by Tom Ruegger for Fox Broadcasting Company's Fox Kids block in 1993, before moving to The WB in 1995, as part of its Kids' WB afternoon programming block, until the series ended on November 14, 1998.
