Elisso Bolkvadze
Elisso Bolkvadze or Eliso Bolkvadze ( ka, ელისო ბოლქვაძე) is a Georgian classical pianist born in Tbilisi, Georgia. She is member of Parliament of Georgia since 11 December 2020. Early life Elisso Bolkvadze comes from a literary family. She gave her first concert at the age of seven. She studied in a special music school for gifted children in Tbilisi, and continued her study in the conservatory of Tbilisi with professor Tengiz Amirejibi, and at the same time she followed a master class with Professor Tatiana Nikolayeva in Moscow. Later she moved in Paris and continued her education with the composer and philosopher Michel Sogny in France and Austria. Mariam Bolkvadze ( ka, მარიამ ბოლქვაძე, tr, ; born 1 January 1998) is a tennis player from Georgia. On 7 March 2022, she achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 151, and on 21 March 2022, she peaked at No. 204 in the WTA doubles rankings. Playing for Georgia Fed Cup team, Bolkvadze has a win–loss record of 7–11 in Fed Cup competitions. Personal life Bolkvadze was born in Batumi and at the age of 13 moved to the United Kingdom to further her tennis development. Irakli Bolkvadze ( ka, ირაკლი ბოლქვაძე; born December 12, 1994 in Nicosia, Cyprus) is a Georgian swimmer, who specialized in breaststroke and individual medley events. He won a bronze medal in the boys' 200 m breaststroke at the 2012 European Junior Swimming Championships in Antwerp, Belgium with a time of 2:15.46. Bolkvadze is also trained by his personal coach Irina Minjulina. Bolkvadze qualified for the men's 200 m breaststroke at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London by breaking a new Georgian record and eclipsing a FINA B-standard entry time of 2:16.35 from the European Championships in Debrecen, Hungary. In Georgia's Olympic history, he also became the first ever swimmer to surpass an invitation time set by FINA.
