2S22 Bohdana
The 2S22 Bohdana is a 155 mm NATO-standard artillery caliber, wheeled self-propelled howitzer developed in Ukraine. It is mounted on the 6×6 chassis of the KrAZ-6322. It has an armoured cabin and storage for around 20 shells. The howitzer has a minimum range of 780 meters, and a maximum range of 40 km with HE/AP ammunition or 50 km with a rocket-assisted projectile. It has an average rate of fire of six shells per minute. The first public demonstration of the howitzer was in the Kyiv Independence Day Parade of 2018. Fire tests were first conducted in October 2021. In May 2022, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, videos posted on social media allegedly showed the 2S22 Bohdana being used on the battlefield. At that time the weapon had not yet been officially incorporated into the army. Bohdana Durda
Bohdana Yosypivna Durda ( uk, Богдана Йосипівна Ду́рда; born May 24, 1940) is a Ukrainian artist, writer, poet, and songwriter, as well as a former design engineer. Her artwork includes portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. She has illustrated children's books, and has written lyrics for more than 100 songs. Biography Bohdana Yosypivna Durda was born in Buchach, Chortkiv Raion of Ternopil Oblast in Western Ukraine, May 24, 1940. In 1965, she graduated from Lviv Polytechnic, and in 1991, from the Moscow Correspondence University of Arts. From 1965 till 1996, Durda worked as a design engineer at the Ternopil Combine Plant, a chemical plant in Donetsk. Since 2003, she has been teaching at Ternopil Secondary School No. 24 and the Malvy Cultural and Art Center. Durda has focused on her creative work since 1996, including portraits, landscapes, and still lifes, but has participated in art exhibitions since 1979. Bohdana Froliak (or Bohdana Frolyak; born 5 May 1968 in Vydyniv, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a modern Ukrainian composer. Biography Froliak made her first musical steps in her native village under the guidance of Vasyl Kufliuk, a village teacher who gained educational and musical graduation in Warsaw. In 1986, she graduated from Solomiya Krushelnytska Lviv Musical School after studying piano, music theory and composition. Bohdana Olehivna Matsotska ( uk, Богдана Олегівна Мацьоцька, also spelled Bogdana, born August 27, 1989) is an alpine skier from Ukraine. She competed for Ukraine at the 2010 Winter Olympics and was to compete for Ukraine at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Her best result was a 37th place in the slalom, achieved in 2010. On 19 February 2014 Matsotska refused further participating in the 2014 Winter Olympics in protest against the violent clashes in Ukrainian's capital Kiev the previous day.
