Bogdan Juratoni
Bogdan Andrei Juratoni (born June 17, 1990 in Deva) is a Romanian boxer. Juratoni won the bronze medal at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku and qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Career Juratoni is former European Cadet finalist. The 21-year-old Romanian captured the bronze medal in the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships from Baku causing two huge surprises. On his way to a medal, he eliminated Cuba's Olympic silver medallist Emilio Correa in a tightly fought contest 26:24 in the third round of the competition and the World Championships silver medallist boxer Andranik Hakobyan of Armenia in the quarterfinals before losing in the semi-final to eventual champion Evhen Khytrov. Evhen Khytrov ( ua, Євген Ігорович Хитров; born 18 August 1988) is a Ukrainian professional boxer. Khytrov won the gold medal at Middleweight division at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku. Abbos Abdurazzoqovich Atoyev (born 7 June 1986) is an Uzbek amateur boxer, best known for winning gold in the light heavyweight competition at the 2007 World Championships and at middleweight in 2009. He also won a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He fights southpaw and was born in the village of Qulkhatib of Vabkent District of Bukhara Province. The men's middleweight boxing competition at the 2012 Olympic Games in London was held from 28 July to 12 August at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Twenty-eight boxers from 28 nations were competed. Ryōta Murata, representing Japan, won the gold medal, defeating Brazil's Esquiva Falcão in the final. Andranik Hakobyan ( hy, Անդրանիկ Հակոբյան, born 6 October 1981 in Vagharshapat, Armenian SSR) is a Swiss amateur boxer with Armenian roots. He is a World Cup winner, World silver medalist and two-time Olympian. Biography Andranik Hakobyan was born on 6 October 1981. Hakobyan participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He won in the first round of the Olympic tournament, but lost in the second. In late 2008, Andranik got the right to compete at the 2008 Boxing World Cup in Moscow. The tournament brought together the best amateur boxers in all weight classes. Hakobyan was able to show all his capability and won the Cup in the middleweight (75 kg) category.
