Budila
Budila (german: Bodeln; hu, Bodola) is a commune in Brașov County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of a single village, Budila. Geography The commune is located in the southeastern part of the county, from the city of Săcele and from the county seat, Brașov. It lies on the southern bank of the river Tărlung; the rivers Zizin and Seaca flow into the Tărlung in Budila. Demographics At the 2011 census, 77.2% of inhabitants were Romanians, 16.5% Hungarians, and 6.1% Roma. György Bodola
George Bodola (in Hungarian: Bodola György; died 17 March 2007) was a Hungarian illustrator. Born in Szombathely, Hungary, his father was a soccer coach at that time. The family moved in 1958 to Pécs, in 1960 to Miskolc, and in 1962 to Budapest. George Bodola visited from 1966 to 1968 the Fáy András School in Mester Street, as a toolmaker student. From 1969 to 1970 he was student in the High School of Ormosbánya. He visited from 1972 the evening course of Kaffka Margit Secondary School, then he went to the correspondence course, but he had not passed the matriculation exam. He was called up for military service in 1973, but due to a brawl, he was sent by the military court to the military jail, for eight months. Marriages and children In 1974 he married Margit Lakatos, their first child (Barnabás Hercules) was born in 1974. He divorced in 1975, but he lived together with his ex-wife until 1981. Iuliu Bodola
Iuliu Bodola ( hu, Bodola Gyula; 26 February 1912 – 12 March 1993) was a Romanian- Hungarian association football striker who played internationally both for Romania and Hungary. His nickname was ''Duduş''/''Dudus''. He is Romania's third all-time top goalscorer, and he is also the all-time top goal scorer of the Balkan Cup. Club career Bodola started his career in 1929 (aged 17) for Clubul Atletic Oradea, before joining Venus București, with whom he was the champion of Romania in 1938–39 and 1939–40. When Northern Transylvania became part of the Kingdom of Hungary in August 1940, he preferred to play for Nagyváradi AC, and with them he was champion of Hungary in 1943–44. After the end of the war, he returned to Romania (Ferar Cluj-Napoca), but in 1946 he left again for Hungary ( MTK), where he lived in Budapest until the end of his life. In November 2008, the name of the ''Municipal Stadium'' in Oradea was named after him, becoming the Stadionul Iuliu Bodola. ...
